The use of this Website entitles the User, whether a User or a Customer, to certain services as described in the following clauses (“Services”), and the term “Services” shall be interpreted appropriately depending on the context. to receive Whatsapp/emails/sms/phone calls/letters containing the Order ID, E-Health Package details, and other information; to receive test results within the time frame specified;

I agree to be called on behalf of SODANI HOSPITALS AND DIAGNSOSTICS PVT LTD using an automatic telephone calling system by clicking the Get Call Now use button. The Services are non-transferable, which means that only the person to whom the E-Health Package is assigned at the time of booking will be able to use them at the lab or through home collection. When visiting the Lab or requesting Home Service, the Customer must bring a photo-identification card, a copy of the invoice, and the Order ID or transaction number.

REMEDIES AVAILABLE FROM THE COMPANY

You understand and agree that the Company or the Website may review any content, and if the Company determines, in its sole discretion, that the User has violated any terms of this Agreement, the Company and/or the Website reserves the right to take actions to prevent/control such violation, including, without limitation, removing the offending communication or content from the Website and/or terminating such violators’ membership and/or blocking their use of the Website.

The Company may also investigate occurrences that may involve such violations and take appropriate legal action, including involving and cooperating with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting Users/Customers who are involved in such violations.

DELIVERY

Unless otherwise specified, the Company will make every effort to deliver the test report/s to the Customer within 1-2 days if requested. Please allow for the minimum processing time specified for the test.

You understand and agree that the Company may modify these Terms of Use, the Website, and the Services at its sole discretion and without prior notice at any time, and that such modifications will be effective upon such new terms and/or the implementation of the new changes on the Website.
